My expertise includes marketing, contracts, real estate disclosures, professional communication with, but not limited to agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow, title officers, property and termite inspectors. I have a thorough knowledge of the negotiating process between buyer and seller’s agents as well as carrying the transaction through a successful close of escrow. I am responsible for the oversight of transaction files, including follow-through and correspondence with title, escrow, lenders and agents.
